mid may

the view from the bungalow

Quite a few things have been going on these days... Spending more time with the people that matter most to me, learning more about what is important in my life and becoming more aware of myself and what I am surrounded by. Not just by nature but by people and how they are reflecting themselves to the world and how I perceive them.

It feels that I have learnt a lot over the past few weeks, especially the trip to Thailand and reflecting on my own thoughts and words and acceptance.

It is what you think that makes you what you are...

dedicated to kenta and bella

This was taken at Jim Thompson's garden in Bangkok. well worth the visit for some R&R

Back again after a period of abscence. A number of things have happened. Changed jobs, well, same company different department. Really quite enjoying it and feel quite challenged as well as capable. Co-workers are great and really enjoy the interaction of them and having conversations about anything and everything, well compared to my last department which was pretty quiet. I guess it was due to the department and environment more than the people.

Just wanted to touch base with those that are still following my blog and I do hope to keep writing in excerpts from time to time.

Here is a recent photo of my trip to Thailand. A great time at a wonderful peaceful place called The Sanctuary. Situated off Koh Phangnang (off Koh Samui). If you are interested in an alternative place to do a cleanse, I reccomend mend The Sanctuary. Not a luxurious retreat, but one that is fairly laid back and into the "the good life" and natural side of things.

Some sad news...
Got a call from home, saying that my cat, Kenta is very sick and probably has kidney failure... there is not much a cat can do when they have kidney failure... Kenta playing around with the newspapers..

The family dog has disappeared too. Maybe she went to find my mother, who was away on holiday, to tell her that Kenta is sick... Bella in the kitchen

She has been away for 5 nights, so the outcome doesn't seem very pleasant. I know just want to know where she is and where she has laid down to rest. It really tears me apart to be over here in Japan and not being able to do anything, but to send prayers to my animals. I just hope that Bella wasn't in too much pain when she passed away and that Kenta can get healthy and strong again. LIke his name Kenta, which in Japanese means healthy animal.

Prayers to Kenta and Bella and to all animals in the world...
